MOTORCYCLE INSURANCE.....Mandatory or Not?

Although motorcycles are "Exempt" from the Washington State Mandatory Auto Insurance Law, the driver of a motorcycle is still subject to the state's Financial Responsibility Law which requires the person responsible for property damage or injury to pay the loss.  If a motorcycle is driven without insurance, then the driver becomes solely responsible for the damage they cause.  Click here for more information or contact Lorriane Stecher.
